Oh Fire of Comforting Spirit
Singer Joy Palfery gathers a prestigious choir of ex Oxbridge choral scholars – “The English Singers” – to give the world premiere of Zoë’s piece for double choir and oboe, “Oh Fire of Comforting Spirit” as part of full choral evensong, including music by Byrd.

Celebrated tenor Mark Padmore and pianist Richard Pierson are to perform Zoë’s song cycle “In the Park” as part of this year’s Endellion Festival in Cornwall.

Clarinettist/composer Mark Simpson is joined by pianist Richard Uttley for a full-length recital including the two Sonatas by Brahms, alongside works by Sir James MacMillan, Mark-Anthony Turnage, Jay Capperauld, Zoë Martlew, Gavin Higgins and Mark Simpson himself.
